Whole Home: Carpets vacuumed, hard floors vacuumed and mopped, dust blinds/shutters and window sills, clean sliding glass doors, wipe down all countertops, remove cobwebs, dust ceiling fans and light fixtures within reach, clean mirrors.
Kitchen: Wipe down cabinets and drawer facings, wipe down countertops and backsplash, wipe down accessible exterior of all appliances (refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher), wipe down inside of microwave, clean and disinfect sink and faucet.
Bathrooms: Wipe cabinet and drawer facings, wipe countertops, clean and disinfect toilets, wipe and disinfect showers/tubs, wipe and disinfect sink/faucets.
Move-in/Move-Out Deep Cleaning
Everything in “Standard Cleaning” PLUS
Whole Home: Clean window sills, sliding door tracks, shutters/blinds (non-cloth), baseboards, ceiling fans and light fixtures within reach, interior and exterior of all reachable/accessible windows, doors, door knobs, and door frames, vents, closet shelves, spot clean walls, clean and disinfect light switches and outlet facings.
Kitchen: Wipe inside of cabinets and drawers, clean inside one refrigerator (Ovens can be added on for an additional fee, owners must use "Self Clean" function on oven prior to our arrival). Clean behind and under oven and refrigerator if accessible. Scrubbing with focus on stains, scum, and limescale.
Bathrooms: Wipe inside of cabinets and drawers, wipe down all wall fixtures. Scrubbing with focus on stain, scum, and limescale in sinks, tubs, shower, and toilets.
Attached Garage: Remove cobwebs, sweep, and mop..
